Here's where I'll try to answer any questions folks may have or may want to email over!

When will my order ship?

As of right now, it's just me (Bailey) running things over here, so I am only able to ship around my illustration/work schedule. As it stands, I am trying to ship all orders around 3-5 weeks after I receive the order, but that may fluctuate up and down depending on how crazy things are. I aim to keep us on the lower end of that timeline, though! Please note, if you get a tracking email and it has not updated for a few days - that just means that I am packing up a wave and shipping things all at once. if it does not update after 7 days, please shoot me an email!

I will always accomodate faster shipping times if the item is needed for a gift/before a move/etc!

I really appreciate everyone's understanding and patience while we figure out the best move for shipping and fulfillment here!

Can I combine my orders?

Yes, of course you can! Depending on what you're combining, you will receive a partial refund for shipping costs. In some cases, I will not want to combine prints together to ensure they are safely packed, but you're always welcome to email rbpshippingdept@gmail.com if you have any questions!

The print is for someone special - do you ever do doodles or custom remarques?

I do, depending on what it is and if I have time to cook something up! At this time I am not accepting any commissions or large scale remarques/embellishments.

I'm game to do something to make a print special for you/someone as a gift, but if I find out the print was put up on ebay or flipped as an embellished print, I will not want to do it again for you and will be more wary of doing this in general. Please be cool and respect the rules, don't ruin it for the rest of the class!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

In almost all cases, no, we do not. All sales are final - in the event that the item arrives damaged and I am able to provide a replacement, I will - but other than that, all sales are final.

The item is mine when it's in my cart, right?

Unfortunately the only way to guarantee the item is yours is to complete checkout. If an item sells out while in your cart, then your order may fail and you will be unable to purchase the item from the shop. I always recommend making an account ahead of time to make the process smoother!

Can I skip the line and preserve a copy ahead of a release?

Nope! Please do not ask! :-)
